Positive: We experienced flight issues, and Mr. Spiro, the owner, was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the situation. Even though our booking was no longer refundable due to our cancelled flight, he kindly refunded us and allowed us to rebook for a later date. We are truly grateful for his kindness, flexibility, and exceptional customer service. Also Gloria, the manager was always very kind and available whenever we needed to contact her for some questions. The apartment is also very spacious and beautiful, would always come back there.
