Walk a few Steps to the sand and hear the Ocean Waves from your own home. You are very close to LAX so you will definitely hear and see the planes take off and Land. Most people love this location for that reason. Should you not be a fan of seeing and hearing the Airplanes than this would not be an ideal location for you.
Beach chairs and sand toys at the house. Bike path takes you along coast both south Manhattan Beach/Redondo/Hermosa and north for 10 -20 miles ( Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Malibu).
Barbeque from the roof deck with the best view you will ever find.

You will have privacy and access to the entire home including the double level decks.
There is a exterior room in the lower back which is for our private use and a completely separate entrance from the home that only we have access to and use often. There is no common entrance or door adjoining the two.

Towels and bed linens are provided. Long driveway with Plenty of guest parking both in the driveway as well as on the street. In Playa Del Rey it's Never too hard to find street parking.
Fantastic Location- Playa Del Rey is a Quiet charming small beach town and one of LA's best kept secrets. The beach is walking distance from the house just a few homes away. Playa Shopping is unique small town shopping. There are Different types of restaurants from casual Italian dining at Café Penguinis to The Shack a landmark known for its burgers or Mo's Sports Bar with delicious food.
You can bicycle up the beach path a mile or so north into Marina Del Rey. You bike into and over the bridge into Famous Marina Del Rey with all the most beautiful Boats and Luxurious Yachts into Fishermans Village.
