Clean & well appointed, this quaint Southern California Beach Bungalow has a very desirable, seaside location. 1 Bedroom, w/living space, 3 shallow stairs to Kitchenette & Bath Rm. "Casita Sirena" has a Seperate-secluded 1 step entrance. Sometimes shares a pleasant tranquil outdoor common patio w/main Bungalow. Just steps to guarded beach. Tidy, chic, inexpensive, convenient and comfortable. Boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, sunscreen & chairs. Surf boards & bike rentals within a block. BBQ w/outdoor shared dining patio. We respect our guest's privacy and anonymity. We appreciate guest request & correspondence via e-mail or text. We will try to accommodate all needs prior to stay. Quiet, proximity to ocean, neighbors, beautiful custom homes, resturants, shopping & safe local. Very easy to navigate coast on bike or foot. Endless exercise possibilities.
