This remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just minutes from the beautiful Gulf Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key. Enjoy just relaxing in the sugar sands and playing in the Gulf, or venture out for more excitement with boats, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, parasailing...the list is endless.
Nearby, you will find wonderful Sarasota treasures like the amazing Ringling Brothers Museum, the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, the Maria Selby Botanical Gardens, the theater, the ballet, plus lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping opportunities.
This recently updated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The second bath has a Jacuzzi Tub/shower combo.
The living room area has an open floor plan with lots of comfortable seating and a large mounted SMART TV. The open kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a large island that seats four. The large dining table seats six and there is also a spacious laundry room with a sink.
When you walk outside, you will feel like you have entered your own retreat. There is a covered pergola on the patio with a comfortable dining table that seats six. There is a Pitboss pellet grill on the patio to enjoy meals prepared outside. The shaded backyard has an inviting hammock as well as a fire pit with chairs to enjoy the evenings.
