This urban gem is located in historic Logan Heights, a quiet, working-class, industrial neighborhood just a short stroll from Downtown San Diego and a block from the eclectic and ever-changing Barrio Logan. We are in close proximity to local bars, micro-breweries, art galleries and restaurants, and just a 5 minute uber to the Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy. Our neighborhood is laid-back and you'll be avoiding the crowds and hustle-and-bustle of downtown, while still being very close to action.

Getting Around:
We are only a 5-minute car drive from Downtown, a $6 Uber ride from Petco Park/Gaslamp Quarter/Little Italy/Convention Center/Zoo/Coronado, 10 minutes from the Airport/Train station. Mission & Pacific Beaches just 15 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
◦ The location is an urban area in transition just outside of Downtown.
◦ This property is part of a triplex with 2 other units. Potential to rent out the entire building if you need a larger space. The entire building would have 4 bedrooms upstairs and a large studio with two queen beds downstairs.
◦ The parking lot is shared with the upstairs unit. Your home will have two parking spaces for you.
◦ The home has security cameras facing away from the home and a large gated fence for your safety and security.
◦ The previous owner of the home was caring for stray cats that occasionally come around the property. They are friendly and will keep their distance.
◦ Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees. Our one-time pet fee is $75. Please let us know if you plan on bringing pets and we will try our best to accommodate. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval, guests may have their stay cancelled by Airbnb.
◦ This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
◦ As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
