It's walking distance from public transportation, restaurants, and shops, but is on a nice quiet block in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. The house is a classic Victorian with modern features. It features a large, open living room, office, kitchen, and dining room on the main level; a loft bedroom and study upstairs; and a secluded bedroom with laundry and an extra sleeping area downstairs.
This is my private residence. It has high-quality amenities consistent with the photos in the listing. For example, the kitchen has good pots and pans, sharp knives, full service for 12, crystal stemware, and more. There are a number of mature specimen plants that bring in the greenery from the surrounding neighborhood. There's even a hot tub.
For businesspeople, there's gigabit internet, a document scanner, a laser printer, and a wireline telephone.
For audio and entertainment, there's a projector, AppleTV, Playstation, full rack system with turntable, and hundreds of classical records.
For your convenience, the house has voice-controlled lighting and heating.

I grew up a mile away, on the other end of Glen Park. This is one of the last quiet and scenic neighborhoods in San Francisco. It's a hidden gem. This spot is unique in that it's quiet and secluded at the foot of a hill, but is still very central and walkable to many of the interesting eateries and cultural hotspots in town. Street parking is relatively easy, and guests may parallel park in the driveway.
Two MUNI metro stops are just two blocks away. There's a BART station within a mile from the residence. And public rental scooters and bicycles are also within walking distance.
