Welcome to the Jungle House! This family friendly and spacious home is here to serve the entire family on your visit to the Sarasota area! Enjoy old Florida home vibes with terrazzo floors, tropical plants galore and our large pool of course! Jungle House is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota and Armands Square.
This is a large and spacious family home equipped for long term stays. Our home is nestled in a very small neighborhood at the end of a tropical cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes from downtown Sarasota.
You are welcome to everything the home offers - all spaces are private and for guest use only.

A very quiet and tropical neighborhood - our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will see lots of people walking and enjoying the neighborhood during your time here.
This is a family home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Weekly pool and lawn care will happen during your stay.

Please note there is a pet fee of $100 PER PET - upon the completion of your booking I will request the additional funds for any additional pets
Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
Please note although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. Every so often, the rains and storms will bring mild to moderate debris in the pool and we have no control over that in between services. if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.
