**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short-term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on

5. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short-term rental agreement (contract)
7. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
8. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
10. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (3 cars max)
11. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
12. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
13. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible
beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.
All bookings made during Coachella,
All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit and must be sent to us within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there's no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded.
All guests reserve the right to cancel with a full refund within 72 hours of booking and
assuming it is 30+ days from checking in.
The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
**These rules are set forth by City
Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
⁃ No more than 3 cars are allowed in the driveway or on the street. If so the city will find out and the extra cars will be towed.
⁃ While we have 3 smart TVs in the house, we do not provide log in information for streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and other. If you have accounts with those channel, you can log in using your credentials.
⁃ Guests are expected to turn off the gas to the BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub when not in use.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can't allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it's over 100 degrees outside.
