3 Bedroom House in Venice Gardens, Venice
The house is an open floor plan, with a kitchen/living room with vaulted ceilings and a huge tv. The entire house is brand newly renovated to provide the most modern amenities. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and an apron sink. The master suite is roomy and has a den with a desk area and a mirror that can easily be used as a vanity to get ready. There is a dining room, a laundry room, a 2 car garage, another king bedroom, a guest bath and a 3rd bedroom with two twins.
The dining room, the great room and the den off the master all have French doors that lead to a lanai off the pool, furnished with a tv and two sectional sofas. Watch tv in the pool or enjoy the weather while having a drink in the evenings. In addition to the two king beds and two twin beds, there are two pull out chairs in the den off the master that turn into single beds. Also, the sectional sofa in the great room has a queen size pull out bed.
We provide 10 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two umbrellas and a beach wagon for our guests, great for families. We also have towels and sheets and beach towels. Parents will be happy to use the pack n play and pack n play sheets available as well.

We are right near RT 41 and also very convenient to RT 75. We are 2 miles to the closest beach. To get to Venice Avenue, where the shops and restaurants are, you go right into RT 41 and then left onto VENICE Avenue and you’ve arrived! We are about an hour to Tampa International Airport and the airport in Fort Myers is about an hour in the opposite direction. The Sarasota airport is 30 minutes away. Siesta Key is about a half hour as well, but honestly, I like Venice Beach just as much.
It’s definitely wise to get a rental vehicle. There is a ton of free, convenient and easily accessible parking in Venice and at our house.
(Also, we recently added a brand new propane grill - enjoy!)
The pool is not heated, nor is the “jacuzzi”. The jets in the jacuzzi really only work to run the filter.
