This beautiful home by Vista Serena Developments was built and completed in 2014. It is located in Indian Palms Golf and Country Club in Indio, California, which is the closest complex and walking distance to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals! The pictures do not do this home justice (as you can see by the reviews), it is immaculate and beautiful. Since originally posting the pictures we have done several updates with the furnishing, brand new flooring throughout and a granite fire pit and beautiful patio set on the back deck. The Coachella Valley includes several desert vacation and resort communities including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta. Major golf and tennis tournaments are held in the area which boasts significant opportunities for shopping, dining, hiking, biking, tennis, golf, music and other entertainment, as well as a number of casinos, outdoor markets, fresh local produce, parks, and most importantly... rest and relaxation!!!
