Eat on the balcony and watch the surfers from the partial ocean view. Or sip wine in the hot tub, and admire a view that extends from La Jolla to the south to the Santa Ana Mountains to the north. The spacious clubhouse has a panoramic view, WiFi Internet, and two saunas. There is a designated covered parking spot directly underneath the condo.

The interior was completely refurbished to provide a luxurious tropical resort feeling. The living room has a plush triple-reclining couch, perfect for watching movies on the large-screen TV. The living room also features an incredibly-comfortable hanging chair, which swivels from the couch to the panoramic windows. Get into the tropical theme by trying the Caribbean steel pan drum. An instruction guide and music book makes it easy to play your favorite island songs, and rubber-to-metal drumsticks produce beautiful festive music without disturbing the neighbors.

The condo offers four dining location: a table on the patio with an ocean view; an elegant glass dining table that seats six; two bar stools with backrests at the black granite kitchen counter; and a lift-top living room table which is ideal for snacking or eating while watching a movie.

The interior features theater surround sound, travertine flooring, a deluxe Silhouette temperature-controlled wine cooler, a jetted Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, and granite counters in both bathrooms. The condo has two HDTVs: a 55" Internet television with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, DVD, and DVR, and a 31” television with Apple TV.

The condo is walking distance from two of San Diego’s most chic shopping areas: downtown Del Mar and the Cedros Design District. The Del Mar Racetrack is only three blocks away, and Fletcher Cove is half a mile north on the beach. Best of all, you can stroll to over a dozen restaurants, including local diners, Thai, Mexican, seafood, pizza and many others.

The local train depot is less than a mile away, and a train can zip you to historic Old Town, Qualcomm Stadium, the Gaslamp district, or downtown. It is a quick drive to go hiking in Torrey Pines or kayaking in La Jolla.
