Within STEPS to Eastern State Penitentiary and less than a mile away from the Art Museum. This apt is jeweled with coffee shops and eccentric food spots nearby. It's also a short ride to Center City or several museums to your heart's desire!
The space
Located on the 2nd floor of this newly renovated apartment in the center of Fairmount! Once inside, you're greeted by a bright-filled apartment with windows. The neighboring views during the day are fantastic - but it's even more magical at night! Exploring the town, you'll see a unique scene of diverse and historic views with the bustling city.
Everything is top of the line and interior-custom design/DIY's happen to be a passionate hobby of ours - so the furnishing of the unit reflects that! There is fast internet, a smart 65" TV with free Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Disney+, HBO max and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.
The kitchen and living room are open. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 4 counter stools for the granite kitchen island. Plenty of room for all guests to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace as well.
For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1- King bed with workspace
Bedroom 2: 2- Twin beds
We also provide towels, detergent, iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer!

Guest have access to free parking on the main street, side street of the building or anywhere that doesn't require any permits.
Street parking tends to fill up quickly in the evenings. If you cannot find parking near the apartment, there are several parking areas on the main road (fairmount ave - 1 min drive/5 min walk).
