This spacious 2BR guest house is detached from the main house, and is totally private and quiet. It is walking distance to a dozen bars and restaurants, ponce city market, and piedmont park.

The Space:
This guest house can comfortably accommodate 4 people, or 6 using the sofa bed. Open concept living and dining area, spacious master bedroom with plenty of closet space. Perfect for your short or long-term stay. Central A/C and heat, in unit laundry, fiber high speed wifi, and HD cable TV. Guests will have convenient key-less entry, and access to the entire private space. This is an older detached structure behind our home, but was updated in 2022 with a new bathroom, carpet, and furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom is a little small with a queen bed (see photos).

Midtown is one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods. It's a unique mix of homes and apartments, close to offices, conference centers, and Georgia Tech. This is a very walkable area of the city, offering visitors dozens of food and entertainment options within a few minutes walk. Getting Around:
Ideal transportation is walking, biking, or using Lyft/Uber. North Avenue MARTA train station is less than a mile away. This neighborhood is very walk-able. Midtown also has electric scooters and bike rentals all over the city using apps Lime and Bird.
