The McKenna house is a great fit for guests that are looking for a quiet, residential, suburban neighborhood with convenient access to city life in downtown Denver (6.5 miles away) and outdoor hubs like Boulder, Golden, etc. Nearest stores, restaurants, etc. are within a short drive. It's very close to downtown Denver, but it's NOT downtown Denver :) This is a pretty quiet neighborhood located off of highway 36. Most of the homes in the neighborhood are mid century ranches. There are a few small green spaces within walking distance but there are very large urban parks 8-15 min driving distance.
Our home is a one story ranch with 1,600 square feet and a large fenced in backyard. This home has been thoughtfully remodeled and is well furnished for your long term or short term Denver metro visit. With comfortable beds, a gourmet kitchen and tasteful decor, you won't find a better value in the area.
