In the heart of Miami, brand new home, 2 story house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bath tub,hot tub inside and hot tub outside plus a private heated swimming pool, Bedrooms above are stylish with a great king size bed in the master bedroom with a private balcony, overlooking to the street. location is great, next Coral way s shopping, and dinning, Brickell area its only 15 minutes away. Transportation is really easy, and you could walk to almost everything. free trolley all around Coral Gables Private swimming pool, walk distance to shopping malls, and supermarkets. Miracle Mile is two blocks away, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. 2 free parking spaces, please make sure you don’t block pathway access, police in the area are quick to give fines for that reason. 2 special house rules in our houses:
-we have to be respectful of neighbors avoiding noise and keeping music to low level specially in the pool area and in front of the house.From 9pm to 9am noise is forbidden.
-Please refrain from cleaning make up w towels, after that towels have to be disposed ; only toilet paper down the toilets, they have small necks and clog easily.
