Positive: I liked the neighborhood and the close proximity to a beautiful park as well as shops and restaurants.
Negative: The bedroom had no AC which I found to be ridiculous since it is a new building. The rooms are also not insulated very well for sound. I could hear footsteps on the stairs and the person staying directly above my room was quite loud as I heard them walking back and forth for well over an hour late in to the night. Someone also left the front door open in the middle of the night, which I discovered very early in the morning when walking my dogs. I don't understand why all the bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms. The bathroom was VERY warm compared to the bedroom and there's no window that can be opened to allow for ventilation. Only one of the 3 bedroom windows had a window screen. This made venting the room annoying because it was extremely warm and humid in the room and opening all the windows to create a cross breeze was necessary but with no screens on 2 windows it made it easy for insects to fly in. The bedroom had no chair to sit in or a desk which relegates the guest to lay down on or sit on the bed. Also, the bed frame was very low to the ground which made sitting on the bed really uncomfortable and awkward. A hotel luggage rack would have been nice to have to put my suitcase on instead of it being on the floor. The TV remote was a disaster because it had way, way, WAY too many multi-function buttons, most of which didn't work and those that did were pointless.
