When you activate the heat for the hot tub it takes a full hour to heat. You cannot heat the pool and spa simultaneously. Pool heat is free but please let me know, prior to your stay (or during your stay) if want the pool heated and I will set it to 85 degrees. Depending on the air temperature it can take 1 day for the pool to reach 86. When air temperatures drop below 75 degrees, pool temperature can be affected. We unfortunately cannot guarantee pool temps when this happens but it is pretty uncommon in South Florida. **Guest safety is our first concern. Use caution with the pool/hot tub, grills & fire pit. Please do not leave children unattended. Rental & use of the premises and house including the pool/hot tub, fire pit & grills are at your own risk. ***If you are new to VRBO and/or have no reviews, you will need to send a government issued photo ID (driver's license) within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled.
