You can SEE IT ALL from this spectacular view home. Ideally situated in the heart of San Diego, this Bay Park ocean view and Mission Bay view home is truly magnificent and unique.
This 2400 sq foot home with Spa features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths spread over 3 stories and was designed and built by renowned modern architect Bruce Dammann
The front of the home has been newly renovated and includes a modern redwood balcony façade, along with a tall fence/gate encompassing a private courtyard. There is a café table, perfect for morning coffee.
The main floor is wide open, with floor to ceiling windows and includes a dining room that can seat up to 8 people, a newly remodeled chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious living room that flows into the backyard. The main floor also includes a half bath and laundry in the garage.
The large backyard is almost completely covered in usable deck space and includes outdoor dining area for 6-8. Most importantly, the backyard also has a very private 6 person SPA.
The second floor is a large entertainment room, with a 50” flatscreen TV and ample custom sofa seating. Play video games, watch movies, Netflix, DirectTV, or just relax and enjoy the view. There is front balcony off the entertainment room as well.
The third floor features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom alone is worth the visit. The room is enormous and includes a love seat and daybed seating area, along with a King sized bed and fireplace and skylights. The room, especially the bed, feels like you are floating in the air as the west and south walls feature nearly 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows. Lying in bed you will see planes taking off in the distance, the Coronado Island’s, Point Loma and ocean from Ocean Beach to La Jolla. The view of Mission bay is breathtaking, especially watching the fireworks from Sea World. The master also features a gorgeous newly remodeled spacious bathroom vanity area and a separate shower.
The second and third bedrooms are joined though a single pass through doorway, which combines the two rooms and a full bath, and can serve as a second master setting. The two rooms do have doors that can divide them but multiple parties sharing these two rooms should be familiar. Room two and three each have a queen bed. There is also a twin air mattress in the house,. If there are children, the daybed in the master would also be a viable sleeping space.
The overall interior design is of a Mid Century Modern concept.
