BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Guests must book a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days.
• At least one guest must be 55 or older.
• Pet Friendly with a non-refundable $300 pet fee per stay.
• Guests will be charged for any gas and electricity services in excess of $200/month for each service for their stay. Please remember that the pool and spa heating, fireplace and fire pit are large consumers of these services.
• There is a $500 non-refundable cancellation fee. If cancelled more than 60 days before the arrival date, balance of amount paid (minus any partner fees) is refundable. Withing the 0-60 day period before the arrival date, no refund is given unless owner is able to rent the home again for that term.
