You can still smell the paint and the new leather in this new bright and contemporary villa when you walk through the front door. Conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4 this awesome 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom air conditioned villa is in the up market, gated community of Marbella approximately 15-20 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Sea Word, 25 minutes from Universal. Marbella is a beautiful gated community surrounded by a wooded conservation area, and is in a superb location for easy access in a few minutes to the Interstate 4, which will take you to the theme parks, International Drive, or either coast if you want to spend a day on the beach. The complex also has a communal area with a children’s play area, tennis court and basketball court. Marbella is also close to great restaurants, shops, a cinema, and supermarkets many situated in the Posner Park leisure and retail complex just a few minutes drive away. Upon entering the house via the electronic door access system the ground floor has an excellent open plan feel to the living area, dining area and kitchen. Through to the back of the house with patio doors to the deck and pool there is a top quality, fully equipped kitchen with the latest stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large double door American fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen is the 8 seat dining table with a further 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The open plan informal living room has a comfortable leather sectional sofa in front of a large flat screen LCD TV. Situated on the ground floor is one of the two Queen bedrooms, which is ideal if there are members of your party who have difficulty with stairs. This bedroom has its own adjacent full bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom is elegantly furnished in a contemporary style and has a really comfortable bed (see reviews) and flat screen LCD TV. There is a further half bathroom situated on the ground floor. Finally on the ground floor is the games room for guests of all ages with a pool table, that can convert to a ping-pong table, and there is also an air hockey table. Up the stairs is a second living area with futon and large flat screen LCD TV and a games console, ideal for some gaming fun or even just some peace and quiet with a good book. Also upstairs are 4 further bedrooms. The King Suite situated upstairs and has a rich sumptuous decor that includes again really comfortable King Bed and a flat screen television, plus an en-suite bathroom including a bath, separate shower and double sinks. The Queen Bedroom situated upstairs has another comfortable Queen bed, plus a flat screen television, again decorated in elegant fashion with the facilities of a bathroom next door that includes a bath with shower. Twin Bedroom 1 situated upstairs with two comfortable single beds, plus a flat screen television, and is decorated in a classic style offering a lovely calm interior in which to relax. Twin Bedroom 2 situated upstairs and is decorated in a more contemporary fashion with lovely bright tones that give a really fresh ambience to the room and includes a flat screen television with the facilities of the family bathroom nearby. Last but not least, and what the Florida lifestyle is all about is the SOUTH facing pool and sundeck which gets the sun all day, complete with sun loungers and al fresco dining table. There are also no rear neighbours. The villa has full laundry facilities, provides all bedding and towels, and has complimentary wi-fi. To comply with Florida state licence and our guests’ peace of mind, the villa has the following safety features including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting. The villa is also fully alarmed. Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to May. If required it is £15 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.
