Centrally located this newly renovated 2 bdrm/2 bath condominium, boasts a large patio deck, table, chairs and BBQ. Enjoy amazing views of the river while barbecuing. Ceiling fans throughout this fully furnished condo. The living rooms large sectional sofa and ottoman are built for comfort and relaxation and great for watching movies on the flat screen smart tv in front of the wood burning fireplace. The large living room and dining room windows overlook the beautifully landscaped one of four private pools and jacuzzis surrounded by a trickling stream. Enjoy meals at either the dining table or large bar area overlooking the kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with an R/O and water softener System. Stocked with everything you may need for entertaining or just a quite night in. Complete with large appliances, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave as well as the small appliances coffee maker, toaster, blender, pressure cooker and crock pot.
All utensils, cups, glasses, Bake ware, crock pot, Tupperware, pots and pans and bar ware. Across the hall you’ll find plenty of extra storage in the large double door pantry and smaller utility closet, which holds vacuum, Brooms, mop, iron and ironing board. Continuing down the hall the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo has a towel storage stocked with bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer, curling iron and necessary bathroom essentials.
Across the hall the guest bedrooms queen size mattress has extra bed linens, pillows and blankets stored in the closest, as well as a floor fan. You’ll find a comfy chair and small book case with a variety of books perfect for reading or relaxing in front of the large window with views of the river. Directly across from the guest room is the master bedroom. The king size mattress has extra bed linens and blankets stored in the closet. The closet also holds a safe and floor fan for your convienence. The room also has a desk, 6 drawer dresser and flat screen smart tv. The on suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo has a towel storage stocked with towels and bathroom essentials. Downstairs the large one car garage contains a large washing machine and dryer. Shelving for extra storage. The garage is equipped with pool toys, fishing poles, fishing gear, chairs, loungers, pool and river floats. A 2 person kayak, vests and oars can be enjoyed with access to the river in our private marina, just steps away from the unit.
Enjoy any of the four pools and 3 jacuzzi’s within the complex. A private boat slip is available for an additional fee. Pets ok for a fee of $75.00. High speed WiFi internet cable and Bluetooth portable stereo great for taking to the pool are provided.
