Summary: Difficult reservation system, Communication by text only. The links were troublesome for confirmation. Very clean, spacious, disappointing getaway with heavy traffic on Big Bear Blvd The gas fireplace was not the same as a wood-burning fireplace. Will be sure to get a cabin off Big Bear Blvd. next visit .
