Across from the living room is a large dining area with easy access to a modern kitchen that offers many convenient amenities, including a wet bar fully equipped to prepare an early evening cocktail. Adjacent to the living room is a second sitting area with large sliding glass doors serving up a breathtaking view of your own private oasis.
The landscaped yard with desert plants and luxurious two-level pool with spa offers the ultimate in luxury and privacy. The uniquely designed pool is surrounded by lush greenery, relaxing chaises, lounge chairs, and rockers and provides absolute picture-perfect views of the Jacinto mountains. It’s a must before leaving to have a nice cool drink and enjoy watching the sun as it slowly sinks behind the mountains, creating the most amazing spectrum of color in the sky.
Making the outdoor experience even more special is the light scent of the orange and lemon trees in the yard, bearing fruit every spring and fall. In the evening enjoy the clear night sky from the heated spa, refreshing pool, or by the warming blaze of the fire pit. Later relax in one of three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own tv. The main bathroom is conveniently located near two queen bedrooms, and the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom.

From the Airport/Rental Car, follow Kirk Douglas Way and El Cielo Rd to E Tahquitz Canyon Way (0.3 mi). Follow E Tahquitz Canyon Way and N Sunrise Way to N Hermosa Dr (2.8 mi). Continue on N Hermosa Dr. Drive to E Caleta Way (6 minutes / 3.1 miles total).
From Downtown Palm Springs, head north on N Indian Canyon Dr toward E Tahquitz Canyon Way for 0.5 mi. Continue straight to stay on N Indian Canyon Dr for 1.0 mi then turn right onto E Vista Chino 0.8 mi. Turn left onto N Hermosa Dr for 315 ft and then turn left at the 1st cross street onto E Caleta Way (total of 2.4m in 4 minutes).
Pool and spa heating is $50/day paid in advance of check-in. If guests decide they would like to heat after check-in, simply contact your Concierge.
All guests are required to read and electronically sign the City's Good Neighbor brochure and Acknowledgement. Adult guests' names and emails are required.
