Welcome to the Coon Creek Mountain Retreat, a beautiful home sitting on 9 acres, conveniently located between downtown Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort. This home features some very fun amenities like a pickle ball court, hot tub, private ponds, river access, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace. The sunny living room features great mountain views and is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, private bath with dual vanity, and access to the back deck. Upstairs you will find the loft library which is a great place to curl up with a good book. Also on the second floor is another bedroom with king bed and great views of the back yard, as well as a full bath with large soaking tub. Outside you will find the stunning back yard with two ponds. Walk down to the river and enjoy the surrounding views. The back deck has lots of seating and outdoor dining, plus a fire table, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace.
