This home was fully renovated and furnished in 2023 with high-end finishes and furnishings.
The pool is optionally heated, to heat, please submit a request in advance using the portal link provided after booking. The fee is $100/day betwen April-September. $150/day between October-March. Please request at least 2 days in advance of your check-in to ensure pool is warm prior to your arrival. A 3-day minimum is required to heat the pool.

This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in central Sedona, between Uptown Sedona and Chapel. It is ideally located near the Broken Arrow Trailhead with easy access to national forest. The home backs to national forest land so it is important to keep gates and trash cans closed & secure to avoid unwanted encounters with wildlife. Within a few minutes from the house, you can access the most popular attractions in Sedona.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Sedona`s red rock formations and embark on scenic hikes or mountain biking adventures right from your doorstep. Large groups won’t have to coordinate use of the car or figure out how to get to and from the shuttle buses to access the trails, since hiking, biking and exploration is just outside the front door.
A car is highly recommended while traveling to Sedona since Uber/Lyft is not readily available in this area. The home has a large driveway with parking for up to 4 cars.
Although there are safety locks on the doors of the home which lead directly to the outdoor pool, PLEASE supervise at all times and be mindful of your children and those who cannot swim.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Sedona is a a Dark Sky Community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on the property - inside or outside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
