This home was built for entertaining with the huge 44'x22' living room/dining room with a 13-foot ceiling and 4-section glass slider which opens to the pool and enclosure. The dining area will seat 10 or more. There are two, water facing primary suites- one on the first floor and one on the second. Each suite features a tray ceiling, double glass French doors, a huge shower and a large walk-in closet. High ceilings and 8-foot doors complete the elegant feel of the master suites. Balconies span the entire back of the house offering a beautiful view of the canal. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your relaxing escape and has stainless steel appliances, a large center island perfect for entertaining and plenty of prep space. The large screened and covered lanai with propane grill has plenty of seating for relaxing and dining outdoors. This house offers the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the quiet in the early morning or toast the end of the day poolside with family and friends .
