Our 3 bedroom/ 2 full bathroom condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club is close to everything and curated to maximize your stay. The primary and second bedroom are equipped with large flat screen TVs, ROKU ready for your Netflix logins, and over 150 channels on Spectrum. The third bedroom has a private full office space.
The condo has high speed wifi included with your stay. Each bedroom has ample storage, extra fine quality linens and they are all bright and cozy.
The two full bathrooms are stocked with high end amenities including hair dryer, fine soaps, shampoos, scrubs and oils. Each bathroom has multiple sets of bath towels provided.
The living room boasts a beautiful open floor plan with high end leather furniture, a large flat screen TV, a modern gas fireplace for those chilly desert nights, and a full wet bar with all high end barware. This place is an entertainers dream!
We have a dining area inside that seats 7, a small breakfast area in the huge chef's kitchen, and a 6 top outdoor dining set with a fire table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay including all new appliances, dishwasher, stove, microwave, huge fridge and tons of storage. Small appliances such as a vitamix, rice cooker and crock pot are included along with spices, bakeware, pots/pans, utensils and place settings for 8.
A dedicated full coffee bar in the kitchen with French press, electric kettle, coffee maker and espresso machine will make your mornings peaceful and relaxing as you sit in the shade on the back patio off of the kitchen, or on the very private patio off the master bedroom, and wake up watching the birds in the citrus and palm trees in close view.
In the afternoon, take some pool towels and floaties, grab an icy beverage of choice and walk to the sparkling pool and spa, located just steps away. The residence is located a one minute walk to the golf course for those that enjoy playing.
In the evening, enjoy the sunset mountain views as you use the brand new outdoor grill to cook up a feast.
This home is modern with new windows, doors, sliders, modern shades and ceiling fans, and is fully solar. The water heater and AC/ heat pump are new and both bathrooms have been fully remodeled. A full sized washer and dryer in our in- house laundry room is extra conventient.
Cathedral Canyon Country Club is close to everything. Shopping and fine dining are just minutes away and it is a 15 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, and the airport, as well as all the golf and tennis resorts in Rancho Mirage, the beautiful Zoo in Palm Desert, El Paseo shopping district, Palm Springs Aerial Tram and The Palm Springs Surf Club.
