The 1 bedroom apartment is located in a very charming 3 stories Art Deco building. It is one of the rare Art Deco Building in all South Beach with a pool and a unique courtyard with tropical trees.
The pool area has a table, chairs, sun umbrella and long chairs. You will able to relax around the pool and enjoy the sun and this quiet atmosphere in the middle of South Beach.
The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment of 520 sqft. It is a fully furnished and all equipped corner unit.
The kitchen has BRAND NEW cabinets and with all the appliances you need: fridge, microwave, oven, stoves, toaster, coffee machine, blender, kettle, dishes and all the equipment to cook.
You will be able to take and cook all your meals at home if wanted.
UPDATE #1: The appliances in the kitchen are ALL BRAND NEW (fridge, dishwasher and stove/oven)!!!
UPDATE #2: ALL BRAND NEW furniture as well in the Living room (TV stand, coffee table, rug and long mirror), in the entry (office desk and chair), and in the bedroom (floor lamp and nightstands). The mattress in the bed was changed less than a year ago too.
FYI, the A/C units are new as well. The one in the living room was changed in 2021. The one in the bedroom was changed in August 2022.
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people:
- Queen size bed in the bedroom.
- Sleeper sofa and sleeper armchair in the living.
- Possibility to use an air bed for the 5th guests.
Perfect to enjoy Miami Beach and spend great vacations. Only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from ALL the best spots in town (restaurants, bars, clubs, stores, cinema etc...).
You will also find all the services needed around, such as:

PARKING SITUATION:
- Parking meters in front of the building.
- FREE parking in the next street (Zone 2 area - check the sign) from 7am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
WARNING - ONLY for residents between 6pm to 7am the next day from Monday to Friday, and ONLY for residents all day on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- 3 PARKING GARAGES at ONLY 1 block on 16th Street:
First one between Drexel Avenue and Washington Avenue.
The two other ones between Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue. One of them is the cheapest one in ALL South Beach.
BUILDING:
The building is located in a safe area. It has security doors at the entry way and the pool area, a security camera system in the lobby, an elevator and laundry room with washer and dryer at each floor. The whole mechanic system of the elevator was changed in 2022.
A cleaning company comes every week to clean the whole building. A pool cleaning company comes every week as well. The building is well maintained and secure.
AIRPORTS:
The apartment is located at only 20mn driving distance from Miami International Airport, and 35mn from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
