Located on the most desirable Bay Front street on Balboa Island and completely renovated in 2017 and refreshed every year, this oceanfront duplex offers sweeping views of Newport Harbor, sunsets, and the iconic Pavilion. Enjoy the ever changing luxury boating scene from Super Yachts to Electric Boats cruising up the bay. The home consists of two exquisitely designed rental units (rented separately with separate Vrbo numbers), each with A/C, a gas barbecue, washer/dryer, 1 mid-size car garage and just minutes to the Island Ferry and Peninsula Fun Zone.
The Lower Unit has its own downstairs entrance (separate from the upstairs unit) of the duplex which features an open great room upon entry, leading to a bayfront private brick patio with sweeping Newport Harbor views. The adjacent kitchen includes a six burner stainless range with double ovens, honed Black Absolute granite counters and counter seating for five. The primary bedroom with king bed has an en suite bath with white marble counter and custom tile work. There is a second guest room with king bed which shares a bath with an adjacent guest room with two twin beds, as well as a convenient half bath for guests. All bedrooms have blackout shades, with ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. The beach is practically at the front door!
