Totally remodeled 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Condo right next to Northstar Village. One of the most extensive remodels in all the Northstar original condo developments with a beautiful modern kitchen, washer dryer, steam shower, heated floors, BBQ, wood burning fireplace, beautiful cherry hardwood floors. Decks off both the Master Bedroom and Living Room which overlook the Aspen Grove behind the condo. Plus all the amenities one would expect from a top of the line condo including; a new high definition TCL/Roku Mini LED TV home entertainment system, surround sound, DVD/PS2 Docking Station, DVD library, high speed internet, printer, games in ottoman, gourmet kitchen with new GE Profile Cooktop, wine refrigerator, comfortable beds, wonderful linens and towels, washer dryer, August Keypad lock, etc. Take advantage of the Northstar Property Owners Association Club (NPOA) at the Village which includes: pools, hot tubs, workout room, massage, kids entertainment center, snack bar, etc. (check out the NPOA website for pictures and details - https://npoa.info.) This wonderful property was previously listed by a professional property manager for 7 years and garnered wonderful 5 star reviews - 9/10 on average.
We are currently offering a discount of 10% for bookings made three months in advance and a discount for a booking one day in advance (if this is logistically possible).
Our condo is not available for an entire "Ski Lease" since we use it as a family during the off weeks and weekends.
We recommend the guests purchase third-party travel insurance, particularly in the winter months.
