It's called the 4 gables Farm House. High ceilings, open floorpan and porches.... lots of outside sitting porches with lovely teak furniture. It's a fun family home with lots of privacy and getaway space. Nestled on 5 acres in the coastal oaks on a private road with a private gate and fenced yard. Everything is "almost" new. Great beds, furniture and couches. Large family rooms with fireplaces and views of the oaks and glimpses of vineyards and the ocean. Lots of teak outdoor furniture and a fire pit and gas BBQ grill. The main part of the house 2800 sq ft has 4 bedrooms. Two rooms have kingsized beds and ensuite baths. Above the garage and connected to the house is a 1200 sq ft super private 2 bedroom apt with full kitchen. One room has a king bed and ensuite bath and the other has a bath just across the hall.
It's always Sparkling clean The large apartment above the 3 car garage is a great escape from any annoying children, family or crazy relatives. It also has a large deck off of the back with comfy chairs and rockers and a peek at the ocean. So the whole house can accommodate 12 guests. Eight in the main part of the house and 4 up in the apartment. When my wife and I use the house we usually stay up in the apartment. It's like a private treehouse in the oaks.
The house was completed in the late summer of 2020 and fully furnished. The Kitchen is dialed in with every gadget, pot, pan, appliance and spice you might need. We stock paper plates, napkins ziplock bags, aluminum foil and everything else you'd have at your own house. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the ceilings are all 9 ft tall so it feels open and airy. The living, dining kitchen area is wide open which makes it a fun family friendly house to interact with the chefs in the group.
The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a private exterior door to access the porch. The master bath is elegant and open. There are wood floors though out the house and the upstair bedrooms are carpeted. Being a new house the place is overly insulated, comfy and super quiet. The design is classic and as a builder this is one of the best designs I have ever built.
Our adult children live in the area and my son lives in the house next door. So if there are any needs that you might have.... someone from the family is just minutes away. The house is fully fenced and very private with an electric entry gate.
